Prior to your Initital Visit you will be asked to fill out your Intake Forms and return them to the clinic. The more detailed information provided the more the treatments can be tailored to yourself.
The visit will last about an hour during whcih your practitioner and yourself will go over your intake forms for an in depth perspective of your health to design a treatment plan based on your health needs.
