Cecelia will be moving up north after the twins arrive. We are sad to see her go, but we would like to wish her the absolute best for her & her family.
Cecelia has always had an interest in the medical field, starting out in her early teens working alongside her aunt (a veterinarian). Her first career after high school, she chose to become and Licensed Practical Nurse. Although she enjoyed working as a nurse, she wanted a career that focused more on one person at a time. After a couple of years, Cecelia decided to try out massage therapy and fell in love.
In 2013 Cecelia graduated from a 3000-hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Since graduation she has gone on to take multiple courses to help provide different techniques for treatment. One of the things she enjoys about being a Registered Massage Therapist is being able to put her energy into one patient at a time, ensuring the best treatment possible. Her next career goal is to take CranioSacral courses to further increase her skills as an RMT.
When not working it’s safe to assume Cecelia is always keeping busy. As a mother of 4 kids there is never a dull moment. In her spare time she loves to take care of her garden as well as work on her different art projects. Recently Cecelia has picked up the habit of refinishing furniture, she even has a facebook page for her art https://www.facebook.com/refinishingbeauty
