HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method

Is natural childbirth combined with specific relaxation and mind-body techniques very similar to meditation.

You will be in full control and fully aware throughout the entire birth process.

With HypnoBirthing, you’ll maintain a state of calm allowing for a completely natural, often pain-free delivery.

How it can help

How HypnoBirthing Helps

  • Decreases or eliminates the need for interventions.
  • Lessens fatigue during labour.
  • Reduces risk of pelvic floor damage.
  • Shortens the phases of labour.
  • Interrupts the “Fear-Tension-Pain Syndrome”.

Partner Involvement

HypnoBirthing is generally done with a Birth Partner to enhance the support around the mother.

This helps to deepen the bonds surrounding baby & their family.

Producing an atmosphere of security through pregnancy, birth & postpartum.
